From the series: ELEMENTS.

A series about the fundamental phenomena that enable our physical existence, manifesting in many diverse ways. Their portrayal in these images often relates to their psychological, rather than their physical form.

This series of pods is a sub-series, where I tweak a bitmap for the sheer joy of tweaking, and the delight in the results. Apart from that I would say that taking a parched piece of earth, and turning that into all these pods, is rather gratifying in a conceptual sense. Some of the pods refer to their arid place of origin, and increasingly urgent planetary issues more explicitly than others.
